[PC] Plants vz Zombies - "We could not activate on this computer"

@7u677  i see you have deutsch version of the game. unistall it and switch language in english. then reinstall... language change is in property section next the game icon for me it worked i was having game in italian, switched languages and it worked

Same problem, and error occurs after clicking Enter Product Key.

Remind me if problem solved plz.😞

I have this exact same error in Plants vs. Zombies and I've tried repair and reinstall. 

Interestingly I have a similar looking error with activation in Dragon Age: Origins

"Invalid license.  Reason code = Missing DLL: [NxCharacter.dll]   Error: 0x7E"

I highly suspect the errors in these two games relate to the same failure with activation features but the error reporting is reporting differently in the client.

Hi EA, any fix please? I have the same issue despite being online and correctly logged in to ea play, other games work etc. I also suspect it's some kind of mismatch where they've not upgraded standard edition to GOTY license equivalent. If we don't have standard available online with EA play then it needs adding into the library otherwise please update all standard keys to GOTY valid. Thanks!

so everyone waiting since june? bro why, like they need to fix it. i wish i could tweak like older games and play the game already. big sad
