[PC] PVZ BFN Stuck in Private mode

@Dead_Horse_BH Gotcha. So, the images you shared are separate issues. 

The first one is due to whoever was the host quit. Can't do anything about that as you have no control over someone who quits the game.

If the account was hacked, that wouldn't have anything to do with connection issues. You can't change anything to prevent you from signing in to the server unless the account is banned.

The other two images are basic connection errors and since those are very generic, with no error code, it's a harder one.

Have you reached out to support to have the EA account secured?

Well I should have explained pictures 🙂

The Host ended the the game session - is what I got always when I log in with my main account (account with prob)

Second is World options on Private, which I can't change to Public, although I set preferences on Public

The third one is when I try to invite myself from that other account game crushes even for that account... Game crushes for other people when they try to invite me (I tried with my other account as I wrote, and with my ingame friends). This doesn't happen for other account.

I reached EA help (first time 14 april) few times and eventually they told me to write here - since they still don't have solution. They say everything looks ok with account.

I just red about Rank problem some players had. And logged in my account to see that I'm ranked some strange numbers, maybe that's problem?

The "host exited the game session" is a common server bug that wasn't fixed. Randomly, the server will break and send all of the players back to Private Giddy Park. There's not really a way to counter it, besides re-queuing.
