The game would have had more players if they advertised it. I only knew the game existed because I check the Xbox store weekly. They should release and advertise OPS phase 3 and Iceberg Lettuce and see if it boosts sales.
True, they should fix some bugs as well as add the content.
Apparently, it was "promised" that even after the game was no longer gaining content updates, that they were still going to be fixing bugs and issues. Hopefully, this is still the case if it is true.

@DecreeNo9They truly should have just made a gw3 as bfn has killed a lot of former garden warfare fans enthusiasm in the series or has driven them away from it entirely. What is it with game series never learning to count to 3 or making them bad like is 3 some kind of video game curse for most series?
Also popcaps twitter basically erupted in anger when they showed a post from EA about it takes two with a post mentioning garden warfare and the comments were basically just everyone asking for a gw3 or complaining about the series.

@DecreeNo9Every team vanquish map has turned into branium basher one shot central or citrons spamming shields in 1v1s to practically become immortal.
Doesnt help that the teams never got an even number and tvhead/wildflower both have a melee attack almost as strong as chompers for some reason.
Corn still sucks and he got the first legendary upgrade and it somehow finds how to be worse in some ways than stock corn.

@DecreeNo9I don't know last I checked about a week ago the sub reddit said it was #20 on switch but that may have changed and its known that before the switch port that it massively underperformed comapred to both its two predecessors (feels like so long ago gw1 realesed a 8 million player statistic and gw2 had managed to dominate youtube for a few hours when it launched), I hope it does so we can get another game as I want the garden warfare series to continue as it had a good and successful run and I want pvz to succeed in general because I love the series.
