I'm tired of seeing complaining that plants are weak now. Plants are not under powered just balanced. Its the people who are in the plants side. When i'm in the plant or zombie side i always get the top score. The only thing i feel out of balance is the imp. everyone is starting to use the imp because of his 25+ lives. the only reason why people complained about getting more help is because they are noobs. The imp was good before the update and now is opt. The rose was made balanced now and many are complaing. I mostly play turf takeover and its easy to win as a plant or zombie (except moon base, i hate low gravity). I am level 1200 already to know that it is not that plants got nerfed (chomper did get nerfed). Not sure why you people cannot learn to play as a plant that wasn't a opt rose.

I agree... I was using peeshooters all morning and my team would win often.I also get vanquish boast almost ever game I played.Plants are not weak.... people just cant use them.

plants team is weak.- zen cactus need more damage or splash damage. zen cactus is weaker than shark bite.- citron's primary weapon need more damage or more fire rate.- Plants team is weak, but rose do not need additional balancing.(rose balance is very good)

You want to talk about support classes?Engineer can hit 40s and the Druid is hitting 2s, they both have CC.I think I've worked it out, the general census of players mentally are against plants because their favourite classes are on the OP zombie side and they want to continue scoring the highest. If you think the game is currently balanced now then you're deluded, straight up.You can't even hide behind the imp being OP either, they were already OP before, and you whine about dying at 50 health, but as soon as you get into the mech everyone has to run, nothing beats it 1v1, the Citron doesn't even come close unless you're at range hidden away and even then it has to play like a coward.I have to agree, Sunflowers are just redundant now, Vampire is alright but easily picked off. Pirates have caused Peashooters to suck, previously you could get somewhere high up and survive, but now you're dead in a second due to Pirate, needless to say ZPG inc as well. So you save your hyper for a floor battle and that lasts a few seconds, if your enemy isn't dead then you just lost.If your enemy has eyes and doesn't die to your chilli bomb then again you probably just lost. Safest bet is to get indoors, and choke someone out in a tunnel with Gatling, maybe you'll get a kill or two before you get one shot.

You guys need to understand one thingmost of theses idiots on here crying that plants are weak ARE most likely the type of people who stand face to face not doing anything other than shooting. If if you don't move around alittle out of fire.. Reload behind cover.. Anything other than just standing there.. You will probably die..i think this game brought in a lot of people who never really played a shooter game ever..you can't just stand there and so who wins vs each other's clip lol

Exactly,one thing that is just don't get is how everyone said that citron is bad while he was barely nerfed from the beta. Yeah the overheat is bad,but so is all-star overheat. And the overheat upgrade pretty much that make him good,I expect the same for citron (I don't have it unlocked yet). Shield complaint are even worse,with 100 hp it was "OP", now with 75 hp it "pretty much useless". just wat.

If anything,it the imp and the scientist that are a tad too strong right now (and electro brainz,that arc damage). But plant are for the most part,fine.

I agree... I was using peeshooters all morning and my team would win often.

Exactly. It's often just poor team balancing, not plants/zombie balancing.

When I get 15 kills and the second guy on my team gets only 6 kills, it's not about plants/zombie balancing.. You just got a poor team.

(That same match I saw the enemy team playing smart and using scientists to heal/revive, our team was just running around like headless chickens)

Agree. Hell, Chomper is my favorite toon and to be honest the nerf didn't even really hit him hard. I often times get top score, or near it when on Plants, and now see them win as often as they lose.

People went from winning 70% of their games as Plants to winning around half, and all of a sudden they are losing their damn minds. =/

The game is definitely more balanced now and I also nearly always get top vanquish. But it's certainly not a perfectly balanced game. Zombies are slightly over tuned and all things equal they will out perform plants nearly very time

Is the issue game breaking no not really, but it does need some looking into and some characters definitely need to be adjusted(I'm looking at you electro brains).

To be fair sharkbite is one of the best char of the game right now. 35 damage snipe with a splash and a decent ammo pool + shotgun is still decent even after the nerf. So yeah of course Zen cactus is weaker when him right now,he was OP before.

Citron gun damage number are a bit bugged in a ways that it separate the splash and the direct hit damage (yes basic citron have a splash). It actually not that bad.

It's like the Plant players don't realize that Plants are centered around higher defense, better healing, higher health (on average) more defensive abilities. They think because they don't do the exact same dmg with a base attack, that they are then weaker, even though, again, they have more defensive abilities and higher (on average) health pools with more abilities that neutralize their enemies (more Crowd Control).

If you match Plants dmg up with Zombies, you just made the team with higher hp's, higher mobility/speed, more crowd control, and higher healing have equal damage... What do you whining fools think would then happen to balance?

Plants have higher health pools? It's about the same. Zombies more if you count the Imp Mech
Plants do not have higher speed, except for pea shooter but engineers have jackhammer.
Zombies can peak from behind walls and shoot but plants need to be more exposed.
CC : Plants - Rose and citron Zombies - Engineer and Imp (soldier too if you count the smoke bomb)
Defense capabilities... the cactus wall same as all-star's wall. But zombies also have things that mitigate damage while dealing damage. Plants don't except for citrus.
There are no plant or zombie players, everyone plays as both but its unbalance when it's easier to win as one side as opposed to the other.
