    Sorry to hear that - I can see how it's frustrating.

    Because the progress is saved on the device rather than through an account I don't think there's anyway to reset the progress to how it was before.

The new update on PVZ2 will not complete downloading. HOW do i fix this? It has been downloading for 2 days and just keeps spinning the flower.
