Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 Missing Characters

So I recently bought the game a few days ago and really liked it, and so I bought a few add-ons, up to the point where I bought almost all of the character packs. When I logged in the game today and got my Breakfast Brainz to level ten, I promoted him and went to the sticker shop to buy a new phenomenal character pack, when I noticed that my coins didn't go up at all after claiming the 20k. My sticker shop wasn't loading either so I decided to restart the game and see if it would load, but once I loaded back in, I found that all of my characters were gone. Every single character and Rux ability that I had spent about $200 and hours of my time getting had disappeared, such as my Toxic Brainz, Party Corn, Z-7 Imp, Torchwood, and Ultra sprint tackle were all gone. I've tried restarting the game three times and repairing the game files from the EA app but nothing has worked so far. If anyone has any ideas or similar scenarios please  help me out I beg you. It still shows the promotions for my characters but the icons for the characters aren't there anymore.
