keaton7707, even though your cpu is under the min. requirements, and it's showing your intel card instead of your real primary, you should be able to still play the game, all though you may end up with some stuttering, it depends on a lot of things.
Do you by chance have an intel/radeon video card combo? If you d, can you please tell me the actual names of the cards (the DX Diag just says Intel(R) HD Graphics)? To find that, an easy way would be to right click the start in the bottom left hand corner, and to select Device Manager, then go to the Display Adapters tab and reply with what those say.
Can you also provide a screenshot of the errors you're getting? I'll try and actually help you get this at least loading/working, though I can't guarantee the quality at which it will run.
