Plants vs zombies garden warfare keep getting error message

Past couple of days plants vs zombies garden warfare part 1 gardens and graveyards stage loads il play for two minutes and suddenly a error message appears and the game goes off this has happened several times. My PlayStation 4 is updated I have reported it please can EA Games fix this problem for me thanks.
