plants vs zombies GW2 from xbox1 to ps4

Hi all

I have just got a PS4 pro and gor the GW2 game, how can I carry on to play from my saved game on XBOX one, I tried using same user but all that happens is game started from scratch and couldn't get my characters and stuff.

Looking at my EA account I can see the connected accounts but the progress on PS4 has not synchronised and it is at the begining of the game

Please advise on how to get the progress transfered from XBOX one to PS4
