Plants vs Zombies lost all unlocked characters

There was an in-game event a while ago that temporarily unlocked all the characters. 

me too dude before i have the frozen cactus :o

Well, How do we fix it then? Because playing as level 1 on glitched Textured Plants is Rather annoying.

Oh well that's unrelated to the event. If your rank is showing as rank 1 in a match, its a server issue. Simply leave the current server/game mode and find a different server.
