Generally yes, but there are some issues I see for this.
Pricemap Archive:
1. Making those only available for bulbs would be bad. The players who play alot get 50/50 but alot of casual players barely finish the
pricemap, and those people will also wanna complete past maps.
A good solution might be to make them completeable with bulbs or coins, so that casual players can complete them aswell.
2. Popcap sells pricemap completion skins at rux, so they wouldnt put them in the archive map, also putting the 100% skin in the map would remove the idea behind a pricemap being limited, so those two skins probably shouldnt be in there.

My main issue here is that players get rb stars without playing the actuall game, a solution for grindable rainbow stars should probably
have players play the multiplayer mode and not some arcade minigame
