I cant launch Plants vs Zombies Battle for neighborville

when i try to launch bfn its crashes and gives me an error saying

the application has encountered an error you can choose to create a memory dump 

this is what it gives to me:

and everything try doesnt work pls help

    Have you modded the game? If not, contact support, and attach the file created in the crash log to the ticket, as it suggests in the picture. Try reinstalling the game too, if you haven't tried that yet.

    i havent modded and ive already done all the steps
