PLAY button is not working
Escalation - as previously reported, PLAY button is not working in order to start multiplayer battles. Have deleted app from ipad and reloaded with no change to fault. Fix needed ASAP

FFS! I’ve been playing this game for eight years and now no help to fix the fault! ESCALATE this to someone (level 2 or 3 tech) that can actually solve it!!
iPadOS 26.6.2 iPad Mini A17 Pro.
Installed and synced profile on iPhone 16 (1st time, as no games played on phone), with same fault - therefore assume fault is with profile. Initial fault commenced after 15 day streak daily login rewards attempted to claim, played advert instead, so I restarted game. Then PLAY button stopped working.- EA_Cath

Are there other steps listed here that you haven't tried? If so, could you tell me what model and model version you are playing on?
