Please bring back my pvz account

I dont know if the EA people can actually see my posts, but my account has reset TWICE.

Heres my PlayerID: 18155681988

I had just finished the Fog levels and went to sleep to play more the next day, but when I came back, It was gone.

It had previously reset before, when i had just beaten Fog - 1.

Please fix this bug it is so annoying.
