Prize bulb gift not back?

On Twitter they said the prize bulb gift was back after being temporarily removed, but I've gotten on and it wasn't there for me. The reason I hadn't picked it up earlier was because I was saving up to 50 bulbs before picking it up so I could have 80. Surely I'm not just screwed?

@MysticSunflower I collected all my bulbs when they first came out, so don't know if this is a common problem or not, sorry. Have you checked the Bug Reports to see if anyone else has the same problem? If so, I'd "me too" that & add a msg saying what platform you're on. I really hope you'll be ok.

@MysticSunflower Hey, make sure you pick them up from Rux.

I tested this myself about 10 hours before your post without issue, so they should be going out fine now.

@EA_David Yes, I've checked Rux, he didn't have it for me. I've even restarted both my game and my Xbox, nothing.

@EA_David I really don't mean to pester, but is there nothing that can be done? I've tried a bunch of different things and Rux never once offered me the prize bulbs after the update on the 27th.

I've had the same problem, but hopefully the team will get it sorted out.

@MysticSunflower I imagine the combination of theThanksgiving holiday in the States & the weekend means a response is more likely tomorrow. If you haven't already done so, I would check to see if someone has reported this in the Bug Reports section & add your details (if not you might need to create a post) 👍

@ToastedSarnie Yeah I checked. One person posted the same problem I'm having, so I Me Too'd the post and also offered my gamertag. I'm just worried nothing will be done since the gift is officially not available by tomorrow, or maybe today?

@MysticSunflower Yes, I'm not sure of the cut-off, I'm afraid, but hopefully they'll be able to sort something out as you've given your details. The Bug Reports would be prioritised over stuff in General Discussion, so fingers crossed for you 🤞

Anyone who posted here (EA Forums) before the deadline should be rewarded the Bulbs (as posting here would be evidence they've logged in and attempted to claim their prize). Maybe those in charge would see it the same way?
