Progress Still Bugged after level 46 bug somewhat fixed

After I got the level 46 bug and once it was semi-patched my save progress is still bugged where all of my characters are max level and mastery, even the ones where I didn't have max level missing upgrades, while also having unicorn chomper (a character I did have maxed out prior to the save file being hacked) on my account despite not reaching rank 313 in GW1 as well as my rank still being artificially inflated to 36th rank plate despite being 31st rank plate before the hacking making it that I am unable to get upgrades for a lot of characters and grind to Max Rank due to my save file not being fixed. Please fix this and resync my game save to a time before being hacked so I am able to grind the game again instead of having a permanently bugged save file that isn't fully usable. Thank you.
