can someone help me please, my son is trying to play Plants vs Zombies garden warfare 2 but every time he tries to play it says you must be signed into PlayStation network....which he is. Everything else works but this is a constant problem

Community AdminIs he on an underage account/sub-account? In some regions there can be some tight restrictions on what accounts can play. If you have other accounts are they able to play?
Yea he has an underage account but he used to be able to play it but the last 2 weeks he’s been having issues. I have an account but he wants to play his own account and get his own trophies
Also I just checked and he is able to play the game today. Clearly nothing to do with an underage account but this does need fixing because I didn’t pay money for a game that he can only play some times

Do you have multiple systems that are played in the house? Perhaps that PSN account is sometimes still logged into the other system, triggering this error?
Hi I only have the one ps4.
it has 2 profiles on it one for me and one for my son. It automatically logs my son in every time it is turned on. When I want to play I log him out and sign myself in. Hi login details are only ever used on his console

My son just bought this game and it won’t let him play under his PS4 profile. I can play under my profile, but when he goes in he gets a message to sign into PS Network - we’re already signed in.
