PVZ 2 redeem code problem
I redeemed my deluxe edition code and got nothing...waited 24 and still got nothing. Thanks EA for stealing my $10.

If the issue persists, is there any chance another account was logged in at the time? Can you try cycling to other gamertags that are commonly used on your machine and check if they can access the deluxe content?
You may want to reach out to support, but I'd check the other accounts first.
