PVZ Garden Warfare 2 Level 46 Softlock
As of recent a known exploit got re-leaked to the public once again causing a lot of abusers to brick and soft lock many players accounts including my own via forcing your account above the in game level limit. maxing all your characters to level 46 and your player rank to max.
My account was about 2 weeks old having a good handful of characters and 2-3 masters. and now thanks to this exploit i am unable to play the game i bought due to a failed anti-cheat and abusers bricking my cloud save to have all of its progress ruined
Support was useless as the tech support was using AI to respond and told me there was nothing they could do even just re-explaining the problem to me that i already explained to them verbatim..
I cant even ask for an account rollback as they claim they have no tools to do so but ask if i wish to "Report this issue" as if that's not the entire reason im contacting support to begin with..
I would love to play this game again soon as i am desperate to get back on. i had week plans for this game and now all i can do is sit and wait for not even a good chance of me getting my account back to normal thanks to unresponsive support and abusive script users/hackers
If anyone comes across a possible fix to this situation feel free to share however i wouldn't hold out hope considering i am far from the only one making a post about this reoccurring issue that plauges the servers once more :\

DO NOT PLAY PUBLIC MATCHES IT IS NOT SAFE AND EVEN IF CHANCES ARE SMALL THE CHANCE STILL REMAINS AND THE DAMAGE AS OF RIGHT NOW IS NOT UNDOABLE THANKS TO LAZY SUPPORT!
Stick to Private matches and private servers do your research! and tell those not affected by it yet who play pc to do the same.
The bugs consist of
A permanent black screen with the marigold loading icon always on screen. this is due to the anti cheat soft locking your game because it thinks YOUR a cheater thanks too the bricked data.
A soft fix too this is to listen closely as you CAN still control your character within the backyard as i learned from a friend who also is suffering from this issue and made a post about it
Slowly attempt to make your way OUT of the backyard spawn area and into the middle battlegrounds and let a weed/zombie kill you. once you respawn congrats you have your sight back but you still cannot play pubs or level characters. you can play private bot matches but that's it

And EA do your **bleep** jobs as we are people who ACTIVELY PAY FOR THESE GAMES THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS GIVE THE GAME PROPER END OF LIFE SUPPORT WITH MISSING CONTENT READDED AND FIXED SERVERS/ANTICHEAT
