PvZ Battle for Neighourville keeps crashing on startup

Question

The game crashes somewhat after the window titled "splash screen" disappears.

This always happens, there is no crash report window poppin up or anything.

The picture shows the last thing the game is showing before the crash.

I already did the EA anti cheat install and repeairing, emptied the cache, clean booted. reinstalled every EA related thing.

I genuinely need help with this, I bought a game I can't play.
