PvZ BFN - Unable to invite or join friends

I can’t invite friends to my party it says failed to join and is happening to others is there any reason why this keeps happening?

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with PvZ BFN. We have recently made some changes. 

    I wanted to check with everyone in this thread if this issue is resolved.

    I am having this issue on Xbox series s at the moment. We have tried network connection, Xbox game permissions are all open, reinstalling the game, selecting a different region and it says this game session cannot be joined still. I cannot figure it out please help.
