PvZ FREE is not working

 I install the game, I select my year and month of birth, enter my name and then I can't press any buttons in the menu. I kept getting this issue for about 3 months now. I have tried several times reinstalling the app through that time but I kept getting the same issue. I tried restarting my phone several times, tried clearing data and cache, basically tried everything I could and it's still not working... Any ideas on how to fix this?
