My PvZ constantly crashes I have done troubleshooting with Microsoft and also EA. I am now at my 72 hour mark after the EA support. It is a disc not download and i have even taken my first disc back. This is becoming really frustrating. When am i going to be contacted to resolve the issue?
I've had the same issue as Heedlife. I usually have to quit game and try again. On occasion I get a no Internet connection error while loading but, every time I've checked, my connection is fine. (I use an ethernet connection )
I had downloaded the game via EA Access to play during the trial period, than used the disc I had pre-ordered to play at launch date.Tonight I unistalled the game and re-installed from the disc. Didn't solve the problem.
In addition, at least once a night we lose connection with EA servers while in-game.
Good day, I'm also having issues with only this game . It keeps telling me that my connection is lost but I have no issues with the console or my Internet connection .
I'm also getting this message " Unable to connect to EA servers at this time .Please check your network connection and try again later."
Let me reiterate that I don't have any issues with my Internet connection.
