PvZ Heroes - Shop is glitching

En resumen el juego va bien pero el problema es que no me ha entrar ala tienda de me queda trabado y ya e reiniciado el juego y nada y no me deja comprar packs,agradecería su ayuda/In summary, the game is going well but the problem is that I haven't entered the store, it's stuck and I've already restarted the game and nothing and it won't let me buy packs, I would appreciate your help

I am trying to purchase packs, but the "Packs" tab and the "Gems" tab seem to have weirdly merge. The shop is unusable, and I can't get any packs with the 230 Gems I have now.

Is this PvZ: Heroes? Because if so, I am having the same issue.

My shop is glitching it’s like every shop merged into one and when I try to buy something it takes my gems and doesn’t give me the pack

Gem shop overlap with card shop. It looks really messed up. See image attached.

I’m unable to buy more packs.

I deleted the app and reinstalled. It solved the shop glitch - and I lost years-worth of progress in this game. No one can help me recover it all. Be careful.

Same issue here too,  for last few days
