Pvz heroes bug: wasn't given event card

After collecting 1'190 tickets in pvz heroes, I collected my daily reward of 10 more tickets. This should have given me the event card "thinking cap," but instead I was given nothing, and my tickets were taken.

I expect just compensation for this bug, as it was extremely infuriating and unfair.
