PvZ Heroes bug

Hello, dear "EA." I recently returned to the game "PvZ: Heroes" (starting from scratch). I'd like to report an issue: I'm waiting to receive a zombie card for 1,200 tickets. Here's the problem: I completed a level today that rewards tickets. I already had about 1,165 tickets, so I should have received the card, but my counter was at zero, and I didn’t have the card. I hope for your understanding and a quick resolution to the issue.
