PvZ Heroes Showing -1 Billion Gems

Hi,

My PvZ Heroes account is showing around -1 billion gems. I didn’t do anything that should have caused this, and I can’t use or earn gems normally.

I’ve restarted the game, but the issue is still there. Can someone please help fix this?
