PVZ2 Unable to Login in to EA

First you need to restart your modem / router.

Then go to Settings /  Network / Advanced / Alternative Mac Address / Clear +  reboot.

@hydrocomic Moved this over to the PvZ:GW2 technical issues board for you, as it's not an issue with the Origin client. If you meant PvZ 2 (not Garden Warfare), let me know and I'll move the thread over to that board instead. If not, hopefully someone here will be able to help you out. 🙂

Tried your solution, but I still can't log in.

@kingkong6060 have you check your network cable whether it is loose or not, if still cannot ask your Internet service provider for help

I have followed your instructions but I am still having the same problem. This is very frustrating.
