pvzgw2 launch issue

I have been trying to launch pvzgw2 for the past few days and every time I try to launch it, it comes up with a message about log dumping and an issue with the anticheat. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the anticheat, deleting the game and redownloading, and deleting the EA app and reinstalling and nothing has worked. I haven't seen another person with this issue before. What do I do?
