Re: 100% Win Rate Plant Deck

I had all 4 Briar Roses back when she was only a Super Rare, before the Legendary update. Technically speaking, if they never made her a legendary, this would only have one. Sorry if you came late to the party.

As for fun, the purpose of this deck wasn't to have fun, it was to win. My most favorite deck for fun is my Citron Roots deck, but it has a 30 - 40% win rate. You wouldn't want to share that deck to newbies if they're trying to advance in RANKING, but casual... Sure! Fun deck.

    Which party? 🙂

If your objective is to win regardless of the fun there are plenty of available deck. Solar flare or Immorticia with endless trick for example, or astroshroom and grotto or mustachr and valk or blob.

Playing 4 briar roses or 4 dandy lions is very good if you want to win.. But nothing of so special to me. Just ordinary

I more surprised when a newbie with a smart use of basic cards can challenge you and get a victory. This is surprising. 🙂
  • I'm solely a plants main. I don't like playing zombies and never change depending on the meta. I just try to adapt when zombies become stronger than plants until an update arrives. I also always post the decks that get me to ultimate league. Been doing so since season 2.

@lokkococcoIf you have such a problem with his deck, than post your own "Non-boring" deck, otherwise stop whining, just makes you out to be a bad player...

    Ok dude, no flame. 🙂.

I own 4 dandy lions and 4 rose briars. Thus I cannot be a bad player🙂. The game was so lame and I stopped playing for a bit. Then I decided than playing 4 dandy lions was too much.

What make you a good player is strategy not property.

In any case, good and happy victory,

Ps: to me rose briars should be nerfed so that she cannot destroy untricabeale zombie. Why shy should succed in what Tatctal nuke fails?

Besides, how to you deal with an amphibious threat? Taco can help a bit but I think this is not enough.

Squash for water lane threats, also Cob Cannon could be used. Only one of those is legendary btw... and what makes a good player is someone who makes the best they can to win with what they have. I'm 47 and been beaten by 20 somethings... You also adapt your decks to what the main plant/zombie decks are winning the most that season, such as moustache monument/valk or berry decks.

  • Well this deck isn't supposed to be an end all be all deck. It's just a deck that I got a 100% win rate from lvls 32 - 40. I've never seen that before.

Tbh, there are very few amphibious zombie decks in the current meta. During the window of my testing, I probably found only about 2 or 3 good ones, but was able to counter them by simply winning the game faster. Solar Flare is no Rose.
  • @lokkococco every version of the Valk deck you’ve spent the last month of your life trying to undermine runs 4 Valkyrie... which are legendary. So, seriously, at what point are you going to be satisfied?

You think zombies are too strong and demand nerfs. Players demonstrate strong plant strategies. You complain about rarity.

You want competition, but don’t want to be beaten.

You refuse to use legendaries to beat legendaries.

And... Dandy Lion King? Really? Is that your idea of a silver bullet all-too-easy it’s-not-fun-anymore win condition? Would you continue to complain if I beat you with 4xReincarnation?

End note: season end is when all of the best decks, plants AND zombies, come out of the woodwork. Try playing zombies at the start of next season and then try to tell me that the best of plant synergy seems any more fair than Valkyrie when you’re on the losing side.

There is no triassic cards in your deck. Do you think that the update for the Solar and Kaboom class were worthless?

    @ThCakeIsALie

I am using your deck by replacing briar rose with eldberry and cromagnolia.

That's huge. A 7 strike through attack in turn 4 is huge.

Thanks for showing us your deck.

  • @lokkococco “I own 4 dandy lion and 4 rose briar (sic) 😀. thus I cannot be a bad player.”

“What makes a good player is strategy, not property.”

I get it. Property doesn’t make you good, but it makes you not bad. Is that right? 😀.

“Why there is (sic) no cards from the new Triassic set?”

“I replace 4 rose briar with elderberry and cro-magnolia...”

I agree. When I saw the new Triassic set the first thing I thought was, “Wow. Elderberry is a good card. So is Cro-Magnolia! This will be the season of the plants.” Maybe TheCakeIsaLie just hasn’t opened enough Triassic packs yet to discover these cards. 😀.

I am “cool.” I’m sorry. Previously I just haden’t been posting enough smily faces 😀 to show how cool I am 😀.

Though I am still curious to see your broken Lion deck. 😀. That would be Dandy 😀. Just make sure you update it with Cro-Magnolias and Elderberries from the new set. 😀

I could see complaining about legendaries in the type of game where you were nearly forced to pay money to get them.  But this is one of those games where you can plan a strategy, recycle cards, and make the perfect deck fairly easily if you play a decent bit.  Legendaries aren't really out of reach for anyone.  Granted, I think it's kind of boring playing the same deck all the time, but focusing on making a main competitive deck and then just playing around with what you have left should work if you want variety while still winning enough.
