Re: Always have to play tutorial mission - Fixed

Great now after update, game is stuck on loading screen, i need to close an app and if I manage to open it and play I still have to go through tutorial mission with sunflower, also after that rubble is returning.

Even after update, this problem is still here. I'm disappointed..

@himurabr @ZiomesXD - have you ever been able to get in and play or do you always get the tutorial mission? Has anything changed since the patch?

@EA_Andy Yes, I played today and still the same problem. I play on PC/Origin

@EA_Andy I been able to play normaly 2 days ago, but after that I always need to start game session with tutorial mission . Update didn't change anything. EDIT: I'm on xbox one.

I having the same problem too. Update didn't change anything. 

@ZiomesXD Here the problem began on March 1. Before, I played normally. I waited until update to fix the problem, but there was no change. ☹️

@himurabr I was waiting for update to, but on my account its started to happening yesterday.

Every time I open the game comes the intro mission with sunflower.. and customizations, upgrades and taunts that I put in my characters are not saved.

@himurabr My costumization, upgardes and taunts, also cleaned rubble doesn't save either.

I wonder too.. Please fix this soon, PopCap!

I forgot to add that loading time is incredible to me, it can even take 5-10 min just in the title screen.

Thanks, did that. I heard of this issue (on reddit) and never experience it myself, until today, all of a sudden, I am now afflicted, too. Played fine today, quit for a short break, started game again, poof, intro mission every single time now.

Edit: Looking at this thread and another one again, I am now very, very afraid. Some people apparently have been having this since launch, through today's update etc. I am so not looking forward to many weeks of playing the intro mission every day, even multiple times if I take a break and close the game.
