I have the same problem here.
ive had 103/50 rainbow stars and entered the prize map only once.
now im 66/50 and always the same message sating festival is over, reload giddy park.
ive already deleted the game emand reinstalled and problem remains.
- @renatoazuos2 Wow... thats horrible. I’ve tried split screen, it pulls it up but can’t purchase anything.

- @TheSprinter85 Tried it multiple times, I can only access it in split screen and won’t let me purchase anything, it says I already own the first item idk what’s going on....
@ShinyOshawott69I’m a player who plays a lot of split-screen. Try entering the game in split-screen, then as you enter Giddy Park and go to enter the prize map, get the second player to disjoin. Then try accessing the prize map.
Also, is it possible you already own the first item? Sometimes the developers put items in the Prize Map that have also been sold through Rux. Which should not happen.@TheSprinter85Yep that works but yeah for some reason I own the first item for Acorn and I can even equip it but it says I have 0 rewards unlocked in this prize map. It also says I can purchase it again but it won’t let me lol. The link below has screenshots for proof..
- For me it doesnt worked. In split screen only the 2nd player is allowed to buy itens. If i use my main account as the second player, it doesnt even let me get in the store, showing the same msg as always.
im pretty sure the “problem” is having more than 50 stars but its not my fault.. i just played the game as always. Do u have more than 50 rainbow stars too?
if i open giddy park offline or only with ai’s the store is empty and the seller is not even there.
ive bought the founders edition and now im stuck on this. @renatoazuos2 yes I had more then 50 prize bulbs. One question I need to be answered is did you purchase any thing from the prize map while the servers were being glitchy? Because I believe purchasing something from the prize map while it was being glitchy caused the glitch
- @HotCakesAndTea Yes, i did.. it was showing that “festival ended” all the time but once i was able to get in and buy some stuff eventhough ive had difficult buying some things, had to change the path..
If u discovered any solution for this mess please let me know cause im really upset.. i always complete the maps and now im stuck. Hey all, I have now reported this issue.
- @renatoazuos2 So it’s most likely not a problem with bulbs it’s probably something to do with trying to get into the prize map while the server was glitchy

Does everyone affected have an already-unlocked item from the prize map? If so, can you list the item(s)?- @EA_David My account name is SKITTLENIPULZ weird name I know, and I play on the PS4 while I did purchase the s’mores hat with acorn and the 50 rainbow stars after that, I didn’t get them when the glitch happened, but when I go on to split screen I can access the prize map but not buy anything, there’s the meter with progress until you get the 100% completion skin but it says I’m at 0/44 when it says that I have little progress on the meter.

The items ive bought are Squashes smores, lets rock, head lob, bringing the heat, arrowhead, stay on circle, one-eyed tiger-topper, dave coin and zomboss coin.
I can only enter prize map on split screen but it doesnt allow me to buy anything.

Thanks for the details. Can I check the approximate time (with timezone) that the purchases were made, as that may be relevant for hunting this issue down.
@EA_DavidWell i got the glitch at 3PM when the servers started going back to Normal, when the prize map started
- @EA_David Exactly when the refresh happened.. same as HotCakesAndTea.
- @EA_David I dont remember exactly but was a little after new prize map was released.. maybe 30 minutes after it.

Thanks for the detailed info, this has been passed on now.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of any workaround or way to unlock this from your side for now, if and when I hear anything we'll pass it on.

Some changes were deployed out last night that affected the prize map. Do you still have any issues now?
- @anpangcontractor Nothing changed here.. still the same festivals-over-Reload-park message.
My amount of bulbs are not even shown on the upper right corner when I press the options button. theres only my level, name, coins, rainbow stars and a space where the bulbs were.
Really hope you guys can find a way to fix this... Im a founder member, level 1.959 cause I really love to play the game, and stopped played since this issue started..
