Are you able to enter any modes at all? Can you get into the backyard?
I see you're playing on XBOX One - do you have XBOX Live gold? XBL gold isn't needed for solo play but if you want to play multiplayer you would need it.

Until the game is fully downloaded you can only play with Citron in Moon Nexus.
I can't play multiplayer. I just got the PC version, and if I try to join a multiplayer server, it only puts me on Ocean Center with no players. Help.
I have xbox live gold and i can play all multiplayer gamemodes but i cant play turf takeover and the mystery portal in the town hall it loads for hours on end and never gets me in the game, why?
i have this problem aswell but im on pc, what do i do?

So, if I get Xbox gold live, I can use the multiplayer to play online? Because when I play with friends it works just fine, and I can access everything just fine just cannot d multiplayer
