Sorry to hear about this.

Can you try these steps?

Also, make sure you have enough space on your Xbox for the Update.

You can also try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console.

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your console for about 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

same thing happened to me but on PC, after isntalling the patch i enter the game and it says failed to donwload patch

Try repairing the game files, then clearing Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

didnt work, i reinstalled the game then cleared the cache then tried, and it didnt work, then i tried reparing game files and updating the game but it already was updated of course and still it didnt work, i had done all these steps multiple times before with the exception of the cache thing, thanks for the advice but do you have anymore? Now im pissed cause i have to work and i lost the limited time events that i only could have played this weekend but this stupid bug....
