Re: [Feedback] Support Feedback On The PvZ Series Going Forward

Good night everyone, spanish guy from a little Twitch community talking here. I am a PvZ GW2 streamer, I have around 400-450 hours in GW2, we've been talking about the probabilites of the  GW3 comming out. With our community we've been thinking about a bunch of ideas for it. I would love to start a conversation about our ideas and know about your opinion. Thanks for giving us this euforia injection, I wait for any response. Thanks and goodnight. (Sorry if there are some gramatical mystakes btw xd).

I just played pc gw2 a moment ago and joi ed a full team vanquish lobby (2 people left before the pic sadly).

A aqua center game full of newbies. My rank is only low because I barely play pc and I never increase my xp boost.

@stukapooka I wish i had pc because then in a way i could get those modes back, unless they never found a fix due to anti cheat.

@dontcrashczechI've been loving all the new players.

I got a newbie sky trooper on crazy ops where I was a paleontologist and it was great seeing him learn the game.

He stared at a mr toxic bot for a good 15 seconds as it shot at weeds.

His standout moment was when he stopped hugging the dr heals at the base and ran out to revive me after I got my skull flattened by a big stump.

I returned the favor and saved him during the evacuation phase it was great.

    I've missed that.

The subreddit and more have noticed us!

Best thing we can do is sing this series praises outside the fanbase. Go to other gaming subs and let them know how good pvz is!

  • @stukapooka All the new players I encounter in multiplayer don't seem like new players sadly. They either learned extremely quickly or just rebought the game haha, I should try ops with people sometime.

@dontcrashczech Some are definetly veterans coming back on pc but the people are new show themselves pretty quick as their either stock or clearly the first variant they got.

Ops definetly has had a few. Seeing them stare at the spawnables wondering what they do is precious. Had sunflower running away from a bamboo shoot strike and asking questions over their mic because they didnt know what it was. Oh its great.

Still some veterans around with higher ranks too. Ran into a 30+ rank team on graveyard ops that just spawn camped the plants on the center in time park.

I actually saw a stock chomper using sprint burrow for once.

    I love it.

I genuinely wonder if I was in said match with the lvl 30+ people spawn camping in Time Park @stukapooka , as I enjoy running (or ruining if you may call it that) crazy ops and using heavy hitting rush/spawn camp methods as it can reduce the difficulty even when using non-legendary characters such as Rodie-Z. I've done a bunch of Time Park ops with them, and they are an absolute unit for spawn camping with max upgrades.

I do find it enjoyable how people are learning the game, as sometimes I'll get in a goofy spot and player(s) will follow suit. I even cheesed a Crazy Ops super yeti wave once in Zen Garden by going into the gnome spot behind the lower waterfall with a cactus drone. This was in a lobby with new players, and it was funny because all of them came to the edge after the wave was won and started shooting at me despite the fact I couldn't get back up. Fun stuff, although I almost made it out with bling maiden stacking.

I'm a Veteran of this game and I'm working toward filling out the entire stickerbook minus items that aren't in it by default (ie holiday items add +1 item to the numerator and denominator, so I don't count them as they don't get me any closer or farther from my goal). Ops always seems to have some silly and great moments!

@Skelajon Funny you say that since a roadie z was on the team. I was a paleontologist with a hover goat and stock imp.

You were very likely where in my game then @stukapooka because I did a round with a scientist, imp, and a hovergoat because hovergoat turns Roadie-Z camping into a melting machine (11 dmg -> 13 makes a difference with the spam clicking trick on Roadie-Z). I don't recall what variants where being used exactly but from the sounds of it I was in the match, nice.

Although the downside to spawn camping is that people don't really get exp which is annoying, as I don't need the exp yet spawn camping can make a huge difference in a crazy ops match.

It's amazing how this has exploded in popularity just for the possibility of reviving PvZ GW. This says a lot about the community.

@stukapooka I remember that match, I was the one playing stock imp! Those other players are my friends and we play gw2 crazy ops often, it was funny how hovergoat's dmg buff attached to roadie-Z + his RoF exploit and the spawn camping just absolutely obliterated everything.
