EA Staff (Retired)@Juarezzz1010 Thanks for the report. Does the issue still occur for you after reloading the region? If you were to load up the game and go into the map 10 times, roughly how many of the times would you expect to encounter this issue?
EA Staff (Retired)@Juarezzz1010 Thanks for the info. From my understanding, the symptoms you describe are typically a memory issue with too many things being loaded in a short amount of time. It's strange that we are not getting more reports of this when all PS4s of the same model have the same hardware.
Are you running anything in the background when you are playing such as spotify? Can you also try going into the map and doing nothing for about a minute (especially avoid going to character select screen) when you go in and see if things start to load in?
