Why don't you recycle one of each of them and then try and craft them? Or have you already tried that?

Interesting, when I recently unlocked a hero (Nightcap) and had his quest to craft an uncommon card, I noticed I already had 4 copies of the card. When I selected the card, to view it, the quest automatically completed without me needing to craft the card.
