Go to your the mailbox at the front gates (it should have a blue 2 above it) and scroll to the side and you should get to the "character import" page just press y and you should be fine. Also if you scroll once more you'll get to player loyalty reward press y and boom there you go.

    Hi there!  My 9 year old son is doing his nut because I have my PS4 and Xbox 360 accounts linked across EA via Origin but there's nothing in the mailbox about transferring characters.  Please help before we have a major episode here!

    Well, I can only suggest asking PvZ yourself... Luckily, they reply quickly.

    @kroninflame As the EA reply above says, the deadline for transferring characters has passed and is no longer possible to do.
