Re: Let’s Boycott

@Stringer2048 I understand that the devs have been really bad at a lot of things like balancing and listening to the community, but I don't think boycotting is the right solution, I think the devs will just discontinue BFN like what they did with heroes. I think we should just keep trying to tell the devs what we need. They pinned the post that says that Brainium Basher, so they are listening.

@agqwpe663oe6 Branium basher is barely a problem right now, what they need to fix is what we have been complaining for for weeks, months on end. If this is the only way to make them listen so be it. Bfn is barely alive at this point right now and hasn't even made its 1 year mark so that's already a bad sign, even heroes lasted longer. But thank you for your pov I am open to any ideas.

What are the plans for the game for the next few months? I think something that hurts the game is a lack of communication and creating buzz. Unless I missed something, I wasn't aware that superbrainz' legendary was coming out this month until the prize map was released. What is next? This game needs a bigger commitment to PR. EA is a corporate business focused on profits and we are in a social media era. Give us a teaser and someone's going to post about it on here or reddit or other social media and that fuels positive buzz. Doing things like showcasing new features helps with publicity, creating buzz, retaining players and attracting new ones and that helps meet the business goals of EA. That wizard trailer for example was awesome. They really took advantage of the gorgeous graphics of the game to create a cinematic appeal.

Given that there has only been 4 legendary upgrades and 1 new character released so far, it appears there is a lot of content to be released in the long run. But we are left in the dark.  Showcasing new features and sharing what we can look forward to, and developers discussing them helps the community able to see the bigger picture and this would help the community with feedback too. It's a good feedback loop when developers are able to "show-off" the new content they are releasing and then get feedback which is better than the current situation. We don't know what's coming next so all we can judge upon is the current balancing and the past.
