Experiencing multiple bugs across pvz games

On pvz gw2 (pc) I, like many, can't join my friend. No matter what I try his game will crash after he tries to join me. Is there any known workarounds or anywhere I can properly report this.

On pbz bfn (switch) I am unable to get 100% on the first single player map as ops stays at 2/3 no matter what i do. I ahead done the missions required many times it just never counts.

Please can someone help me or ea please fix your games.
