This game requires both a fast CPU and the real thing, not just a placebo of a video, not at all.  Only AMD and nVIDIA produce the GPU cores for proper gaming video circuit board hardware, sorry!   Your CPU also appears to be far too slow to handle it, even were there any actual gaming video capability.

           Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.6GHz

Gorath is right, it is below system requirements.

    -------

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

    Driver Date/Size: 12/21/2015

There should be newer drivers available here:

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

    ----------------------------

System DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent)

Screen DPI may need to be at 100.  Not sure, I believe it causes problems for some people

    ------------------

    Problem signature:

    P1: GW2.Main_Win64_Retail.exe

    P4: igd10iumd64.dll

^^^  Errors of the game that specifically state Intel Display Drivers are causing the problem.

Updating them will likely resolve that.

An intel 520 should launch the game without crashing but it won't play very well at all.  Turn down all the settings in the game to the lowest they go and reduce resolution.

This happened so I will be using Toshiba's Display drivers, will doing this also solve my problem?

    Faulting module name: igd10iumd64.dll

    Intel Drivers

    ----------------

To install the generic Intel drivers when the Toshiba ones are locked the Intel ones out.

If you go to Control Panel and uninstall the current Intel/Tos Driver packages.

    Restart.

Now try reinstalling the Intel package.

If that doesn't work you can use the zip method.

    http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html

You will need to download the same driver/version as before but this time it needs to be in ZIP format.  Intel's site should offer both types (exe and zip) for your drivers.

Software cannot change hardware, it's not possible.  You need a game more suited to such a Low End machine than this one is.
