Setup a DHCP reservation for your computer's MAC address, so it won't change since port forwarding is linked to an IP.

If there is a firmware update to your router, try updating it. Likely it has an automatic button you can click on a tab when logged into it but maybe not.

If they are manually forwarded perhaps try disabling uPnP. uPnP seems to cause a lot of trouble for people in BF games.
