Re: Pre-Ordered PvZ GW2 Deluxe and they gave me Standard Edition.

I've removed the image as it had some personal info.


Did you play under early access? One user was able to find the additional deluxe content available for download separately as per this post. It would also be worth checking in-game to see if the rewards are there.

If you still can't get the deluxe content then I'd recommend speaking with one of our game advisers with your screenshot of the receipt to hand and they should be able to help you.

To contact an adviser please follow the steps below: 

1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

  • I did play early under EA Access and they only thing I've gotten its my Loyalty Rewards. I have nothing in the Mailbox, and nothing shows up when I choose Manage Game.

    @BonelessBacon40 - Can you reboot your console, unplug it for 60 seconds to clear the cache and then boot it back up. Take another look in the store to see if the deluxe content is there to be downloaded for you.

    If not you would need to speak with one of our game advisers to see if they can get it added for you.

  • Spoke to someone regarding the issue. I proved that I bought the Deluxe Edition with my screenshots and they are investigating.

    I've rebooted my console and checked the store. My copy is Digital and nothing is there.

    @BonelessBacon40 - there have been issues with XBOX in general. They look like they're starting to clear up so it will be worth checking the store again after that.

    @BonelessBacon40 - have you double checked the xbox store again to see if you can download the deluxe content + checked in-game? XBOX issues seem to be clearing up.

    *edit* - you may need to go to uninstall under manage game but don't actually uninstall it. If you then go back to manage game hopefully the content will show up for download.

    @BonelessBacon40 - no worries. Just a heads up I've edited my post to include:

    "you may need to go to uninstall under manage game but don't actually uninstall it. If you then go back to manage game hopefully the content will show up for download."

    We've had one user report to us that this fixed the issue for them.
