@NooTTWI3ULTUR3 The team is taking a look into these reports since the BFN AC update went out. When we have more info we will update players and let them know what is happening!

    @EA_Shepard Better fix the game:
    1.- fix the BFN servers and entry to the game
    2.- add the missing character to the plants
    3.- fix map and character bugs
    4.-Insert the content that was left

    @Velarde845  As much that everybody in the community would like to see those things happen... the only thing that has a reasonable chance to happen to the game is that EA will hopefully, 100% patch using ban tools on people in BFN & unban people that got affected by it that are unable to access the game. The other requests won't happen sadly because the team that is working on fixing the current issues with the PvZ shooters are only there to fix critical issues with the game, not fix bugs or to add new / restore content.

    OK I understand that you can't get into the game but he can tell you the game how it is in General they even removed the mixed mode that had the other game modes of the same game, they need to put the missing plants it won't serve as an anticheat but rather The general game is fixed.

    @EA_Shepard  I literally cannot believe this... I actually have access to the game again. I am able to log into public & private giddy park now, i am really grateful that i was unbanned because i haven't been able to play this game for almost a year now. I really want to say thank you to you and to whoever was responsible for fixing this issue i had, and I'm even more surprised that my progress hasn't been affected one bit. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    Everything in-game looks normal like how it should be, and i attached a screenshot that shows that my rank is normal and that i can play multiplayer now.

    OK, one less thing on the list, now the bugs in the game add the mixed mode and the plants are missing a character in order to balance the game and put the private mode in 8 vs 8 so that everyone can play

    @EA_Shepard hey, I know it's been a long time, but if you could answer me I would be very grateful, since April I can not enter the game due to the same problem, I do not know if my account is banned by a hacker or something like that, so here I leave my information for you to help me.

    -I found the logs but there is no issue in them that mentions BFN or something because the problem is only in-game

    -This issue has happened long before the EAAC and it is still happening
    -No other errors

    Hey, @Trafikon24 I add each one to a list for the games team to review. When they get looked at, and what action is a tad out of our hands here. It's a rough one when we have to wait for these.

    I know you don't fix accounts but I do know that you tell them to. When I say "you" I mean you telling them to fix my account not you using their tools to fix it.

    He doesn't have the power to fix your account. We are all waiting for the devs to fix the issue but realistically speaking they are never going to do it. The only thing he can do is send a message to them that practically goes no where. You are better off buying a new version of the game.

    @homarelerx So I am afraid that the short answer is no. CMs arent devs. We don't work on games. Only here. I send these up all the time but there isn't a team to fix it, so resources are pretty thin when it comes to individual accounts vs the masses being affected.
