Nah, you got something. All you have to do is check your last opened pack. Unless you've opened a pack after you opened the rainbow star chests. If you have, look through your stickerbook. It may take some time, but it's the only other way to see what you got.
Also, I opened one of the chests and it didn't happen to me.
