I can’t believe that a modder could actually have the possibility of fixing this more than the devs.
This makes remember that some Minecraft dudes can make a mods with useful and interesting features, while the developers take 1 year for only to bring one useless mob just because the community said that mob looks pretty.
It's honestly so disappointing that a modder can bring back Boss Hunts as opposed to an official company. Even if it wouldn't be multiplayer, I'd love to play them in private match.
@SamPlaysPvsZI believe there's an old wolfy playz video where he beat the brothers gnomus on normal with toxic brainz solo on rhe ppr mod so it would've been nice to atleast be able to try something like that in the portal.
Ugh the more i hear about the more they should've either delayed or canned bfn and given us these features in gw2 before moving on.

hey! just created this forum account to thank our new community manager for slightly trying so hard for us, he isn't different from us, since from what I read from him, he is also a GW2 gamer, that makes him eager for change just like us.

to be honest, think about it. In my opinion, they could have just toggled it back with like, 3 clicks or something, or atleast give the access to the ''rotation changer'' to someone with trust, just like the manager..
@Derv2006It's over it seems. I swear it feels more and more everyday like they're trying to destroy the series with the worst decisions. Now we just wait for the invetiable meh that will be pvz 3 to release so we can get another low blow.
And if the anti cheat kills the modding scene we can kiss everything goodbye because than not modders will be able to play the modes and showed what they were like. How the * did they just not create a better rotation in the first place. It Atleast took Rocksteady 7 years to make a game to hit rockbottom overnight with fans.
With this and the news that several game ideas from the old popcap vancouver were scrapped i swear it feels like someone or something hates pvz.

@JosephPopper1The fact they didnt create a better set schedule is baffling. They were able to make sure Rux sells all the alts but not include fan favorite gamemodes? Lets not forget how quickly they fixed Rux either despite support for the game being over for a while.
I wouldn't doubt it being a move to push plauers and dev time to bfn as they didnt wanna be split between two games and a lot of players quickly moved back to gw2 after founders since the game really just didnt have much going for it and a lot of pvz youtubers straight up admitted they enjoyed 2 more and it was the better games for views
Really the late 2018-early 2019 era of gw2 just overall feels unfinished. I'm gonna go more in depth on some of this stuff in my 8th anniversary post.
@Derv2006That is such an shame. This is a complete joke. If they are not going to change it, can they just remove the achievements? This strongly feels like such an pitiful, poor and pathetic excuse, but this is EA after all. Hey, at least we gave it our best shot everyone, never give up. There was an forum on Xbox site True Achievements back in 2019 that complained about taking EA to the Better Business Bureau when Boss Hunt kept getting pulled when it was scheduled to be put on the weekly event calender but ended up getting pulled last minute. There was an 10 month gap from January 2019 to November 2019 when the final Boss Hunt was in the Mystery Portal. From there in January 2020, people started to complain even more about the pathetic rotation that we have now and that Boss Hunt was never coming back, complaining even more about EA's practices. I think we should start something similar to this. This is ridiculous.
@stukapookaAbsolutely agreed. People are still buying this game with their own money and are entitled to have full and complete access to everything that the game has to play. It feels so much like robbery and deception. EA still have to pay money to run the servers for these games today. We should still keep this forum active to stand our ground!
@matchattaxmad @stukapooka I understand what you’re all saying it just makes me cry seeing that a really good series just being fed away like it was nothing I love Garden warfare. I’ve played it ever since I was a kid the very first one just sad to see it just being wiped I wish EA actually cared about its community who’s with me here sometimes I wish I could just rewind time and relive The good memories of the game,
I remember back then playing the portal with my dad on boss hunts and cats vs dinos. I wish they came back so I could again because I miss that. I also have several friends that'd play again if the portal was good. It would be a win-win for EA and the community. They'd make money from more players and we'd have fun and relive/make memories.
