Hey there,
Can you try clearing Origin Cache?
Make sure you're fully closed out of Origin, including Task Manager, and try these steps:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Once done, launch Origin as admin, and try launching the game again.
