Shop Bug

There’s an error that freezes my entire game. The shop open split between packs and gems. The problem is 1) I can’t exit the screen without refreshing the game. 2) the first time it happened I accidentally hit “purchase Triassic triumph” and it took the gems without give the pack. I can only imagine if someone made an in app purchase and it took their money without giving their items
