Should freezing a plant/zombie also freeze their ability?

That is to say their 'triggered' abilities. Say a sgt strongberry is frozen, then it wouldn't be able to deal that bonus damage. But a toxic waste imps passive deadly ability wouldn't be affected.
Or maybe this could be a different ability? A freeze ability, ability.

It would probably only decrease the amount of strategy in the game, so I'd say no. However, if someone were to come up with a good point as to how this could be an improvement, I'd happily change my opinion.

We should be fair, and change that with plants and zombies, like unlife of the party zombie, even frozen increase his strength when another zombie is played... I also noticed that zombies with overshoot can attacks plants hero when are frozen... o.O is crazy right? xD, but that is how the game is designed

To the original poster: you have no idea how many times I have sat there watching strongberry OR admiral navy bean and wished that freeze would include abilities

I agree with this idea, it would make freeze decks more viable besides the obvious cards (Snowdrop and Winter Squash).
