Did you find the one on top of the building just to the right hand side of the docks ?
It's quite a high jump and the only way I found to get up there was using the peashooter's super jump ability.
There's also one in the 22 second target shoot challenge that you may have overlooked.
Could be anywhere... those damn globes are everywhere!
Did you look in the sharks mouth and in the gnome chamber after you collect all 54 gnomes?
